Production at Nature et Aliments was 255 tonnes of raw materials processed in 2022.
To better summarize this process, here are the 4 key steps of our production.

RECEIPT
RAW MATERIALS
Every day, we receive almost all of our powdered raw materials, which will wait in our warehouse before being processed.

POWDER
MIXING
When a new recipe is planned, we have two options. If the required quantity is large enough, we mix in the containers* otherwise, the mixing is done by hand.
*Containers from 300l to 1000l

PACKAGING
FINISHED PRODUCTS
Once the mixture is ready, the powders are poured into each bag, which has been cut beforehand and then sealed. Once the filling is done, the pouches are then weighed and ready for the final step.

FINAL
BAG NESTING
At the end of the production chain, each sachet is boxed according to the desired number, then each box will in turn be put into cartons.
They will be stored in the warehouse until dispatch to our partner stores.
